This character was requested by a Legionnaire during out annual MAYHEM request drive. She comes from the 80’s cartoon Inhumanoids – A show I still can’t believe got made. That was some grim stuff for the eighties. Sandra was the financial backer of the Earth Corps., the plucky but woefully unprepared band of heroes.
