The annual Queen of the Fictional Sea tournament is a contest where anyone can submit fictional characters into what will become a field of sixty-four contestants. Each weekday during the event, a series of polls will be posted here, and over on the Legion Art Feed. Anyone may vote here, only active Legionnaires can vote there.
Over the course of about a month, we whittle down the field until we are left with our champion!
It all begins with the nominations phase, which runs through FRIDAY JUNE 20th. Nominations are open to all, so be thinking of every pretty lady you’d like to see take the crown!
Submit your nominations via the form below. Don’t drop it in a comment, a tweet, or a chat room. We have sixty-four slots to fill this year, and every nomination will make the cut as long as there’s room. Multiple nominations will push the candidate higher in the seeding chart, so nominate everyone you want!
Remember that the Final Four will all get series in the Legion Art Feed, with the ultimate Queen herself getting TWO, so nominations must conform to our content guidelines (no minors, real people, etc).
Monday, June 23rd, I’ll announce the field, and open the Official Bracket Challenge! The Challenge is open to anyone, just fill out the spreadsheet that will be linked in the announcement.
